Our independence is eternal, reflecting the rich heritage of national leader, outstanding politician and statesman Heydar Aliyev. Reflected in the multi-volume set “Heydar Aliyev. Our independence is eternal” materials of political, public and social value are presented in sections of the first volume of the bibliographic index - “Statehood, independence and democracy”, “National security”, “Army construction”, “The Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict”, “Economy”, “Oil strategy”, “Agrarian policy”, “Science and education”, “Culture, literature, language, art”, “Physical culture and sport”, “Medicine and health care”, “National cultural wealth”, “The woman and a family”, “Children and youth”, and also in sections of the second volume - “Azerbaijanians of the whole world”, “The interstate relations, the international organizations”, “History and historical events”, “Cities and regions of Azerbaijan”. The special place in the bibliographic index is allocated for article of the collection of the head of Presidential Administration of the Azerbaijan Republic responsible for release published in the last volume of the academician Ramiz Mekhtiyev “The founder and the creator of independent statehood in Azerbaijan - Heydar Aliyev's wise policy” and article of the project manager of preparation of the bibliographic index of the academician Akif Alizade “Powerful political leader of the XX century”. The scientific editor of the bibliographic index published on the decision of Presidium of ANAS is academician Isa Gabibbeyli, author-composer is Ph.D. Aybeniz Aliyeva -Kengerli.
