Next issue of academic journal “Poetika.izm” by ANAS Institute of Literature named after Nizami was released.
Authored by Vice-President of ANAS Academician Isa Habibbeyli the journal compiles literalist-scientists' papers, embracing text poetics, literary trends, genre, structure, and form issues.
Paper by Academician Isa Habibbeyli dubbed “From literary ties to the comparative literature criticism” clarifies sequences and significance of ties with world literature after Republic of Azerbaijan to gain independence. Author highlights that, emergence of comparativistics, requiring various typological comparisons, in literary criticism, grounds to the more sophisticated studies, and it is necessary to study not only European and American literature under name of “World Literature", but also literature of Asian countries. Being rich of scientific-theoretic data this paper is of importance in terms of glancing at history and today of literature criticism and upcoming issues before this science.
Under heading “Literary analysis. Text poetics” the articles of textual poetics by PhD in Philology Aslan Salmanov, a secretary of Russian Writers’ Union Ivan Golubnichiy, Shafa Jabiyeva, PhD in Philology Tayyar Salamoghlu, Dr. Philology Javanshir Yusifli and others, were compiled.
Under heading “Izm”, Dr. Philology Tahira Mammad’s paper devoted to enlightenment and Dr. Philology Parvana Bakirgizi’s paper on manifestation of postmodernism in Azerbaijani literature, attaches significance from viewpoint of new approach of the current problem.
Papers collected under heading “Genre, structure and form” analyze current issues based on creativities of different poet and writers. This section includes papers by Dr. Philology Mammad Aliyev, Shahana Aliyeva, Leyla Allahverdiyeva etc.
Section “Historical Poetics" embraces the papers by PhD in Philology Zahra Allahverdiyeva, Dr. Philology Farida Veliyeva, PhDs in Philology – Tahir Nasib and Tahmina Badalova dedicated to the academic review of poetics issues in the creativities of different representatives of our classical literature.
“World literature translations” section presents Hamidulla Baltabayev’s work “Fitrat’s “Poem and poetry”, which translated from Uzbek by PhD in Philology Yashar Gasimbeyli.
The current issue of “Poetika.izm” journal is marked by theme diversity and innovativeness for our literature criticism.
