Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Sanan Abdullayev, chief of Marketing Sector of Science and Technology Park, which operates on the territory of ANAS Experiment-Industry Plant, seconded in Moscow city, the capital of the Russian Federation on September 19-22, 2016.

The visit aimed to represent ANAS Science and Technology Park at the 33rd World Conference of "The International Association of Science Parks and Innovation Territories" (IASP).

Note that, electing associative member of IASP since 2016 ANAS for the first time has acquired the right to participate at the World Conference.

The goal of 33rd World Conference was to develop latest scientific-technological and innovative projects among more than 400 representatives of science and technology, including increase opportunities for international cooperation in the development and commercialization of science. 

At the event, S.Abdullayev made a paper on relevant works done over establishment of Science Park of ANAS. In addition, S.Abdullayev carried out bilateral meetings via science and technology parks of Russia, Turkey, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Great Britain, Iran, Canada etc. and discussed collaborative prospects.

Remind that, conference was attended by Science and Technology Park of ANAS and High-Tech Park attached to Ministry of Communications and High Technologies as two only IASP members.
