January 12, chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has sent Academician Naila Velikhanli a letter on the occasion of the publication of the book "Azerbaijan in VII-XII centuries: history, sources, comments".

The letter notes that the book has created a new scientific direction in domestic historiography academician N.Velkhanli, which owns outstanding achievements in the study of the history of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan, attracts the attention of a variety of scientific sources.

Congratulating scientist with the publication of the book, Talibov wished her every success in further studies. Letter V.Talybova N.Velikhanly academician presented the Permanent Representative of Nakhchivan AR in Baku Bakhtiyar Hajiyev.
