In accordance with Articles 17.2 - 17.4 and 17.6 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On Public Broadcasting", Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan decrees:

To elect the following persons for a period of 6 years by the members of the Council of broadcasting of Public broadcasting Company:

Azer Hajigulu oglu Hasrat - candidacy nominated by the Press Council of Azerbaijan;

Mukhtar Kazim oglu Imanov - candidature nominated by the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan;

Hasan Shahgusein oglu Jafarov - nominee nominated by the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.
