The invention of a method for obtaining a thosonite-type zeolite based on local raw materials of the head of the Laboratory of Sorption Processes of the Institute of Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS Gunel Mammadova was awarded a diploma and a monetary premium of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In this regard, the event took place in the office.

Speaking at the event, the chairman of the Nakhchivan Branch, Academic Ismayil Hajiyev spoke about the research conducted in the scientific institutions of the department in the relevant areas. Noting the receipt of a number of successful achievements and important scientific results in the department, the academician said that since 2006 49 employees of the department received 27 patents, of which 21 are inventions.

Then the head of the department of the patent of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Panjaly Huseynov handed G.Mammadova a diploma and a monetary award.

At the end of the event, the young scientist expressed her gratitude for care and attention to scientists in order to carry out research works effectively.
