Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Regulations on ANAS awards established on behalf the outstanding scientists and thinkers of Azerbaijan were approved.

Remind that ANAS awards were established by the decision of the Presidium of ANAS dated February 5, 2014.

By the decision of the Presidium of ANAS, regulations on the awards on behalf Nasiraddin Tusi, Hasan Bey Zerdabi , academics – Uzeyir Hajibayli, Mirasadulla Mirgasimov, Yusif Mammadaliyev and Musa Aliyev were approved.

Note that, the award on behalf Nasiraddin Tusi will be given for important fundamental and applied research results, works, discoveries and inventions in the sphere of mathematics and astronomy, award on behalf Hasan Bey Zerdabi for natural sciences, award on behalf acad. Uzeyir Hajibeyli for culture, literature and the arts , award on behalf acad. Mirasadulla Mirgasimov for medical sciences , award on behalf acad. Yusif Mammadaliyev for chemical sciences and award acad. Musa Aliyev forgeology and mineralogy.
