Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On September 23-28, 2013 in the Irkutsk city of Russia the international scientific and practical conference “Drinking Water in the XXI Century” will take place.In the international conference the director of ANAS Institute of Microbiology academician Mamed Salmanov will make the report “The sanitary and microbiological characteristic of the Kur River– the main river of South Caucasus”.

In the report questions of rational use of water resources, ways of fight of prevention of pollution, possibility of creation of water-purifying technologies and negative consequences of use of water resources for the technical purposes will be considered.
