Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

On October 2, Vice President of ANAS, acad. Isa Habibbeyli met with a delegation of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), which is in our country.

During the meeting, I.Habibbayli spoke about the development directions of the Azerbaijani-Chinese scientific relations. Stressing the dynamic development of relations between the two countries, academician from China noted that frequent visits of representatives of different fields of science were organized and scientific cooperation was expanded. Academician I.Habibbeyli recalled that recently the leadership of the CASS has been a guest of the ANAS. He expressed confidence that the scientific relations between the two countries will continue to grow.

Head of the Department of History of Russia and Eastern Europe, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Vang Xiaoju expressed his gratitude to the leadership of ANAS for hospitality. The guest shared his impressions on Azerbaijan and said that an interesting scientific conference was held within the visit and the geopolitical aspects of the Azerbaijani-Chinese cooperation were discussed.

Finally, academician I.Habibbeyli presented a memorable gift to the guests.
