Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Oriental Studies of the institute of Language and Art of Dagestan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences Hasan Orujov and senior researcher of the Oriental Studies Department of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography, doctor of history Milena Osmanova, visited the Institute of Manuscripts named after M.Fuzuli of ANAS.

Doctors of Philology and deputy directors on scientific affairs- Aybaniz Aliyeva-Kangarli, Pasha Karimov, scientific secretary, PhD on philology Azizaga Najafov and leading scientific worker of the International Relations Department, PhD on philology Akram Bagirov welcomed the guests.

Russian scientists visited the Institute's Exposition Hall as well as the Electronic Resources Department, where they got acquainted with the manuscripts and the old print books.

In the end, H. Orujov presented "Abusufyan Akaev - his period, life and activity" and "Turkic-speaking business correspondence in the North Caucasus in the XVII-XIX centuries" books to the library of the institute.
