The book "IS (S) I-2016: The Level of Liberalism- dirigisme of Economy" has been published in the Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages ​​by the Institute of Economy of ANAS.

Reviewers of the publication devoted to issues of effective balance between the self-regulatory mechanisms of the economy and state regulation, are PhDs on economics - Yashar Mammadov and Ramil Aliyev.

The book, based on the methodology developed by the Institute of Economics, in 95 countries, the level of liberalism and authoritarianism of the economy has been assessed comparatively by measuring the state's moderationist interventions in the economy.
