Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkey in our country Erkan Ozoral visited the ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History.

Director of the museum, academician Naila Velikhanli informed the guest about the history, activities, and scientific and cultural ties of this center of culture with Turkey.

Then, the ambassador got acquainted with the museum's publications - catalogs and booklets. Erkan Ozoral especially noted his interest with the history of the Caucasian Islamic Army.

At the meeting were discussed the issues of joint organization of the symposium in connection with the 100th anniversary of the Caucasian Islamic Army in 2018 and the National Museum of Azerbaijan History in 2020.

Then, the diplomat got acquainted with the exposition halls of the museum, as well as the section of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and the map of the Caucasian Islamic Army.

In conclusion, to the ambassador was donated a photo album of Haji Zeynalabdin Tagiyev.
