ANAS Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavi met with the delegation of the Turkish Literature Foundation.

At the event, ANAS Vice-President, Director of the Institute of Literature, Academician Isa Habibbayli, brought to attention that, Azerbaijani-Turkish relations continue to develop rapidly. Pointing out that the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev defined the formula of friendship and brotherhood between the two countries with his quote "We are one nation, two states", the scientist told about the studies of the prominent Turkish literary critic Ahmad Kabakly.

He noted that, Ahmad Kabakly is a scientist who laid the foundation of the history and theory of literature in Turkey. His 5-volume book on the history of Turkish literature is a perfect example of the history of Turkish literature.

Academician Isa Habibbayli also talked about the existing links between the scientific institution he runs and the Turkic Literature Foundation. Further, the scientist voiced his proposals on organizing joint conferences and the issue of journals.

Then, head of the Turkic Literature Foundation Serhat Kabakly informed that, the publication of the samples of Turkic literature was in the structure he directed, and several books from this series were already presented to the readers when they saw the light.
