The work of a journalist, having great merits in the Azerbaijani press, prominent writer, literary critic and translator Aliabbas Muznib Mutallibzadeh - "Mukhtarname" was published.

The editor of the book, published by the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute of Manuscripts after Mahammad Fuzuli of ANAS is Haji Mustafa Mailoglu.

Sabina Ahmedova, employee of the Institute of Manuscripts, performed the transphonoliteration of the text and wrote the "Preface" for the publication.
