Delegation of Mangishlak Experimental Botanical Garden of Kazakhstan visited the Central Botanical Garden of ANAS (CBG).

During the meeting, director of CBG, Ph.D. in biology Vahid Farzaliyev informed about the organization's history, activity directions, enrichment of live collections and training, as well as opportunities for expanding scientific cooperation.

 Then, he signed a memorandum of understanding on mutual cooperation between the two organizations. The memorandum was signed by the director of the Mangishlak Experimental Botanical Garden of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Biological Science Akjunis Imanbayeva and CBG director Vahid Farzaliyev.

According to agreement, the parties will exchange joint research on plant resources, horticulture and reproduction, exchange of personnel and experience, organization of joint projects and expeditions, seed and herbarium materials.
