Scientists-geologists of Azerbaijan and Italy study a geodynamic state in the east of the country.

In this regard, by the invitation of Department of geodynamics and seismology of Institute of Geology and Geophysics to Azerbaijan there arrived the specialist of National Research council of the Italian Institute of methodologies of the ecological analysis Luchiano Teleska. L.Teleska visited Sheki, where he got acquainted with the work stations Gravitation and technology GPS (Global Positioning System). During visit possibilities of joint researches also were discussed. The purpose is research by means of a statistical method of regular gravimetric signals in the Sheki-Zagatala zone which differs by geodynamic activity, and the data obtained by means of the GPS technologies. Information on parameters of change of abnormal effects and on the general geodynamic state will be as a result received. Further application of this method and in other regions is planned. Note that researches take place within the program of cooperation of ANAS and covering 2014-2015.
