Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

In the Main building of ANAS held the ceremony of farewell to the outstanding scientist in the field of nuclear physics, the honored worker of science, awarded by order “Istiglal and Shokhrat”, the adviser of the president of ANAS, academician Nariman Guliyev. The ceremony was attended by officials,MP, scientists and artists, intellectuals, members of the public. On behalf of government organizations and various groups the coffin of the deceased were laid wreaths. The President of ANAS, academician Akif Alizadeh, vice-president of ANAS, academician Akif Gadzhiyev, academician Magsud Aliyev, corresponding member of ANAS Adil Garibov made a speech at a ceremony of forgiveness, they told about merits of the scientist in physics development in Azerbaijan, about rich scientific creativity, expressed deep condolences to a family. Acted on behalf of a family,grandson Zaur Guliyev expressed deep gratitude for respect and honor the memory of the scientist.
