Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS associates attended the II international symposium “Turkish-Iranian language and literary ties” at Allama Tabatabaei University of Tehran.

Chief of International relations and comparativistics department of the National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature of ANAS named after Nizami Ganjavi, Dr. Philology Shefeg Alibeyli delivered a lecture on “Specialties of Fuzuli’s Persian divan”, leading scientific worker of ANAS Institute of Linguistics named after Nasimi Kubra Guliyeva on “Loan words from Persian into Turkish”, employee of the Institute of Manuscripts Gatiba Vagifgizi on “Religious translated works in the context of Iranian and Turkish cultural ties”, also responded participants’ questions.

Teacher of Khazar Univeristy in Persian language Ziver Huseynli delivered a lecture on “Item names borrowed from Persian into Turkish”.
