Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Professor of the Gilan University of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyid Hasham Mousavi and Abbas Panahi visited Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli of ANAS.

The scientific secretary of the Institute, Ph.D. in philology, Associate Professor Azizaga Najafov and Doctor of Philology, prof. Ragub Karimov met the guests and informed about the history of the enterprise, achievements, preserved manuscripts and research.

Iranian scholars, in turn, have expressed interest in the history of the Gilan Province and other manuscripts.

At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on future cooperation between Manuscripts Institute and Gilan University.
