Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Director of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, academician Mukhtar Imanov has given a master class on "People's smile" to the teachers and students of the Faculty of Philology of the Baku Engineering University.

M.Imanov's theoretical views on poetics of folk laughter, seriousness in folklore and comism met with great interest and caused a wide discussion.

Finally, the scientist answered numerous questions addressed to him.

It should be noted that such classes play an important role in the future development of students in the field of education, as well as the expansion of scientific cooperation between ANAS and higher education institutions.
