Land Resources Laboratory of the Institute of Bioresources of ANAS Nakhchivan Division conducts an ecological assessment of the lands of the administrative districts of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

To this end, head of the laboratory, PhD in Agriculture, associate professor Sahib Hajiyev took sample of the plants in the territory of Babak district and conducted physical, chemical, morphological analyzes.

Based on the results, the administrative district was divided into cadastral semi-regions land and specialization was carried out in the fields of farms.

This year it is planned to conduct research in the Julfa and Shahbuz districts.
