New number of “Dede Korkud” journal which is issued by the decision of ANAS Institute of Folklore, Scientific Council has been published.

In this issue of the journal over the section of “Korgud study: exploration, findings” following papers have been placed: Dr. philology V. Zahiroglu’s “Falsies in the texts of Kitabi Dede Korkut and publication truths “, PhD in history Khaliyyadin Khalili’s “Closed-cycle process of the destruction of mythological thought in Oghuzname and mechanical attachment to Islam”, Naila Askar’s “Artistic description means in Dede Korkut poems”, Hikmat Guliyev’s “Dede Korkut paradigm of wise old archetype”, Mehmet Jan Jihan’s (Turkey, Sakarya) “The Book of Dede Korkut” in the researches of Pertev Naili Boratav”.

Poul Mirobil’s “Who is Dede Korkut?” (translated from English : PhD in philology Seyran Aliyev) history, way of life, thinking, habits, desires of Oghuz have been compared with sagas of European origin written at different times.

Note that, 49 numbers of the journal have been published up today.
