ANAS Institute of the Caucasian Studies held a scientific seminar on “Actual problems of Caucasus studies: current status and prospects” dedicated to March 27 - Science Day.

Director of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS Musa Gasimli opened the seminar and mentioned the Order of AR President Ilham Aliyev on the establishment of Science Day in the country dated April 9, 2018. Then, he analyzed the current problems of the Caucasian studies.

During the event, the reports by heads of the Departments – PhD in History Elnur Kalbizadeh, Gunel Musayeva, scientific researcher Gunay Feyzieva and institute employee Samir Habibbeyli were listened.

In conclusion, were held discussions on the topic of the seminar.
