Discussion of "Articles" by Eynali bay Sultanov, which is included in the list of books to be read is co-organized by the Institute of Arts, Language and Literature of Nakhchivan Division of ANAS and the Central Scientific Library of ANAS.

The event was opened by the director of the institute, correspondent member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev and spoke about the life and creativity of prominent writer-publicist and educator Eynali bey Sultanov, noting that important work has been done to study the work of the writer. It was noted that the decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov’s decree "On the 150th anniversary of Eynali bay Sultanov" dated February 15, 2016 created conditions for the study and promotion of the heritage of the writer.

Then the report of the head of the Folklore Department of the Institute, Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Elkhan Mammadov have been listened.

Later, Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Literary Studies, PhD in Philology Aygun Orujova and director of the library, Sahab Aliyeva valued writer’s activity.

At the end of the event was shown the film "His life way", reflecting the life and activity of Eynali bay Sultanov.
