ANAS Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry held an event dedicated to the competition "Effective work on the application in biology and agricultural sector", announced by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists.

Director of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS Alovsat Guliyev delivered speech on the competition.

The competition dedicated to the “Science Day” was attended by young scientists and specialists from various institutes of ANAS and other institutions. It was noted that, the competition is of great importance for the development of educated, highly qualified young people in our country, their involvement in science, the disclosure of their potential, the development of the agricultural and other spheres.

Then, young scientists and specialists presented their research work.

Further, the jury announced the winner and held their awards ceremony. Following the results of the competition, an employee of ANAS Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies Ulduza Gurbanova won the 1st place, the young scientist of this Institute Turan Iskandarova – the 2nd place and Zaman Memmadov from the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry and LalA Aydinly from the ANAS Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies- 3rd place.

Winners were awarded the Diploma and participants with Certificates.
