Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The book "Kitabi-tibbi-menzum", published in the Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli, was published by the Ottoman poet, scientist and physician Muhammad Nidain who lived in the XVI century.

This manuscript contains more than 50 poems. Poems refer to various diseases, their etymology and treatment. Here you will find information about the medicines used for treating tuberculosis, asthma and other diseases.

The book also includes the original text written in Arabic graphics. The employee of the Manuscripts Institute, Sona Khayal transposed and published the work. Editors are Mustafa Mailoglu and Seyyid Asri, reviewers are Doctor of History Farid Alekberli and Tahira Hasanzadeh.
