The presentation of the books of the Chief Researcher of the Department of History of the Azerbaijani Language of ANAS Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi, Honored Scientist, Professor Gazanfar Kazimov - "History of the Azerbaijani language (from ancient times to the XIII century)", "Syntax of the history of the Azerbaijani language" and "Grammar of the Azerbaijani language" was held.

Vice-president of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbayli noted that, questions of the history of literary language occupy a significant place in the research of the scientist. Academician informed that, the scientist conducted valuable research on such multifaceted issues as grammar, history of the literary language, poetry, folklore, history and ethnography, studied some issues related to history, ethnogenesis, the roots of our people and published valuable books.

Then, academicians - Mohsun Naghisoylu, Nizami Jafarov, professor - Nizami Khudiyev, Sayali Sadigov Shirindil Alishanov, Mahir Huseynov, Mirvari Ismayilov, Ismayil Mammadov, writers - Alirza Halafli, Yasin Nasirli and poet Oktay Zangilanli told about the merits and contribution of scientists in linguistics Azerbaijan.

During the event, a number of reports were listened.
