Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The book "Adlıq cümlələrdən adlara doğru" has been published. Book is dedicated to the life and work of the chief scientist of the department of modern Azerbaijan language of ANAS Institute of Linguistics after Nasimi, a permanent member of the Commission on toponymy of the Milli Majlis, Professor Meshadiyev Gara.

The book includes articles on Gara Meshadiyev’s 80th anniversary and a list of works by the scientist. Scientific adviser of the book is academician Naghisoylu Mohsun, editor of the book is assistant professor Tahmina Ismayilova.

Let's note that, Meshadiyev Gara is a permanent member of the Parliament's Toponymic Commission since 2008. He is the author of 13 monographs, more than 150 scientific works.
