Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Academician Dilgam Tagiyev, vice president of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry, participated in the 6th European Conference on Environmental Impact of Ecological Applications held in Portoroz, Slovenia.

Scholars and specialists from 51 countries, including Azerbaijan, USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, China, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Singapore and Saudi Arabia attended the event.

The report of academician Dilgam Taghiyev was listened at the conference.

At the event, the results of the research aimed at neutralizing various toxic substances in the air, water and biological objects were discussed.

It was decided to hold the next conference in Portugal in 2021.
