Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The Institute of Science History (ISH) of ANAS is expanding its cooperation with a number of leading scientific organizations and institutions around the world. Director of St. Petersburg branch of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Technical History named after S.I.Vavilov of the Russian Academy of Sciences, PhD in sociology Nadejda Asheulova visited the Presidium of ANAS on July 17 and met with vice-president of academy, academician Isa Habibbayli and Director of the ISH, Doctor of History, Associate Professor Maryam Seyidbeyli.

During the meeting, the Russian scientist was informed about the achievements and scientific researches carried out by the Institute of Science History, as well as the history of Russian-Azerbaijani relations, perspectives of development of bilateral relations, strategic role of our country in the region and implemented programs.

In the end, N.Asheulova said that she is interested in continuing the joint projects and scientific research with the Institute of History.
