Institute of Physics of ANAS held meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists

Institute of Physics of ANAS held meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss issues related to the first international scientific conference of young scientists and specialists on the topic “The role of a multidisciplinary approach in solving urgent problems of basic and applied sciences,” which will be held October 15-16, 2014, and “Baku Science Festival – 2014”, to be held November 10-11.

The event was opened by the chairman of the board of PhD in physics Suma Huseynova.

Then board member of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ANAS Khuraman Khalilova spoke about the issues under discussion during the meeting of President of ANAS, by academician Akif Alizadeh with members of the organizing committee of “Baku Science Festival - 2014”. It was noted that the Institute of Physics is actively preparing for an international conference and festival of science.

In conclusion, there was an exchange of views on this issue.
