Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Institute of Manuscripts published rubai by great Persian poet Omar Khayyam, translated into Azerbaijani by poet living in the late of XIX - first half of ХХ centuries, educated by the Karabakh literary environment Ibrahim Tahir Musayev (1869-1943).

The compiler of the book is the great-grandson of the poet Akif Guliyev. The edition was prepared for printing by Doctor of Philology Pasha Karimov and PhD in Philology Sevar Jabbarli. The authors of the “Preface” and scientific editors of the publication are Doctors of Philology Pasha Karimov and Karimov Ragub.

Book is dedicated to Ibrahim Tahir’s 150th anniversary.
