Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The 30th issue of the “Azerbaijan Carpets” scientific-publicist journal published by the Azer-Ilma Carpet Center and the Presidium of the ANAS has been published.

Editor-in-chief of the journal is Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Vidadi Muradov.

The journal, published in the scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan covers articles in the filed of art criticism and history, published articles, articles of the "Azeralchcha" Open Joint Stock Company, art criticism, historiography, various folk applications.

This issue of the journal covers prof. Vidadi Muradov's “Azerbaijan Garagoyunlu:s Dwellings and Carpets”, phD in arts Elfad Aliyev's description of Safavian costumes in "Ancient and Modern Clothes in Different Worlds" Bahlul Ibrahimli's "Oghuz carpets - a history written with ornaments", Correspondent member of ANAS Ertegin Salamzadeh’s "Colors of the Southern region" and other materials.
