Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The first issue for 2019 of International journal "Comparative Literary Studies" by ANAS Institute of Literature after Nizami Ganjavi was published. Editor-in-chief is Vice-president of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Literature, academician Isa Habibbayli. Journal published scientific articles, including a comparative analysis of world literature and literature of Turkic peoples.

The journal has long been known as "Literary Links". After the decision of the Presidium of ANAS to improve the journals specializing in comparative studies, the publication was renamed “Comparative Literary Studies”. The publication dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Chingiz Aitmatov, published in 2018 under the same name.

The publication is included into the Register of Publications of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and received the International ISSN Code. The journal’s editors include scientists from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, China, South Korea, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bashkiria, Tatarstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Poland.
