The famous socio-political figure, the chairman of the public association "Research Center Turan", Professor Ajdar Taghioglu published a book that exposes the Armenian "historiography" with reference to ancient authors, authoritative sources, ethnographic monuments, church literature, famous Russian, Armenian and European historians - "Naxçıvan toponiminin etnotarixi əfsanələr qədər qədimdir" ("The ethnographic history of the Nakhchivan toponym is as ancient as the legends").

The scientific editor of the book is the corresponding member of ANAS Vali Aliyev, the reviewer is the head of the Department of ANAS Institute of Caucasian Studies, Doctor of History sciences Gasim Hajiyev.

The book exposed a number of myths, based on scientific and historical evidence.
