“Nakhchivan dialects and vocabulary lexicons” monograph by Nuray Aliyeva, a chief department of the Linguistics, Institute of Art, Language and Literature of Nakhchivan Division of ANAS, assistant professor, was published in Turkish.

Publishing in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, in the publishing-house “Gece Academy, the book is of importance from viewpoint of studying common past of Turkic languages, in addition history of language. The aid embracing the ancient scenery of our language also comparatively researches lexical units which common for Nakhchivan dialect and lexicons and Turkic languages.

In addition, proverbs belonging to Nakhchivan dialects and lexicons were involved in comparative linguistic research, showing that they are a common treasure for the Turkic world.

Monograph also reflects dialectological materials from various regions of Nakhchivan.
