On October 2, at 11:00 in the Circular Assembly Hall of the main building of ANAS will be held an international scientific conference on "Actual problems of modern chemistry", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the latest achievements in chemistry, the problems of teaching chemistry, identify new trends, and establish scientific ties among national and foreign researchers, research institutes and universities.

Event will be organized on following sections - "Actual problems of oil, combustion, associated gases and natural gas processing", "Prospects of petrochemical synthesis, computer chemistry", "Green chemistry" in solving environmental problems and energy, "Current problems of agrochemistry and pharmacology", " Nanotechnology "," Catalysts, Catalytic Systems, Catalytic Processes, Process Optimization and Mathematical Modeling ", "Surface-Active Substances and Special Reagent" and "New Approaches to Chemistry Teaching (Science and Education Integration)”.
