ANAS Central Library (CL-CIR) – Center for Information Resources held general meeting. Opening the meeting director of CIR PhD in medical sciences Leyla Imanova acquainted the attendees with the issues on the agenda.

In advance, deputy director of the CIR on scientific issues Azer Jafarov’s lecture entitled “Military - political situation in Azerbaijan and obligations of employees of the CL-CIR”. It was first mentioned about brief history of the first Karabakh war in 1991-1994. In these years, governmental contradictions and self-defense forces’ fighting without a single command led to failure in battles. At the end of the report “Letter to my father” video slide composed of Gunel Anargizi’s “Karabakh stories” has been demonstrated.
