The article “Dynamics of the Moving Ring Load Acting in the System “Hollow Cylinder + Surrounding Medium” with Inhomogeneous Initial Stresses” was co-authored by Professors of the Turkish Technical University of Yıldız, corresponding member of ANAS Surkhay Akparov, Muslum Ozishik and a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Ph.D. Emin Bagirov was published by the American “Computers, Materials and Continua” journal with the high impact factor.

It should be noted that, the journal is indexed by databases such as Web of Sciences and Scopus.
