Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Institute of Geology and Geophysics of ANAS, in accordance with the approved Plan of admission of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the reception of doctoral students and dissertators for 2019, announces admission to doctoranture and dissertanture in the following specialties.

According to the program of the doctor of philosophy (doctoranture):

2507.01 - “Geophysics, geophysical methods of searching for minerals” - a place (intramural study);

2512.01 - “General and regional geology” (“Paleontology and stratigraphy”) - a place (intramural study);

2521.01 - “Geology, search and exploration of oil and gas fields” - a place (intramural study).

According to the program of the doctor of philosophy (dissertanture):

2507.01 - “Geophysics, geophysical methods of prospecting for minerals” - 2 places;

2512.01 - General and regional geology ("Paleontology and stratigraphy") - 2 places.

According to the program of the doctor of sciences (dissertanture):

2503.01 - “Geochemistry, geochemical methods of mineral exploration” (for Sheki RSC) - a place;

2507.01 - “Geophysics, geophysical methods of searching for minerals” – a place;

2512.01 - “General and regional geology” - a place;

2620.01 - “Geology, search and exploration of solid minerals, mineralogy” – a place.

Documents are accepted from December 10 to December 28 of the current year.
