Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On November 1 and 4, 2024 (2 days), “Open Doors Day” will be held at the Central Scientific Library of ANAS.

The book lovers will have the opportunity to get closely acquainted with the conditions created for readers at the Central Scientific Library, where Azerbaijan’s rich cultural heritage is preserved. They will also learn about the services provided, the extensive book collection, electronic catalog, library systems, and more.

As part of the event, book lovers will visit exhibitions dedicated to the life and political activities of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev, as well as sections “Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic – 100”, “Green World Solidarity Year”, “Mahammad Fuzuli – 530”, and “Aziz Sancar”.

The “Open Doors Day” will take place on November 1 and 4 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Entrance is free.

Visitors to the Central Scientific Library are required to have a valid ID with them.
