An article by ANAS vice-president, academician Rasim Alguliyev, director of the Institute of Information Technology, chief department, corresponding member of ANAS Ramiz Aliguliyev and senior researcherPhD in Technical sciencces asssociate professor Lyudmila Sukhostat, was published in the authoritative journal in the field of computer science “Expert Systems with Applications”.

In an article entitled “Weighted Consensus Clustering and its Application to Big Data,” the approach to weighted consensus clustering is modeled as an optimization problem.

Note that the journal “Expert Systems with Applications” with an impact factor of 4.292, is indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases.

The study was funded by the Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
