Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Center for Scientific Innovations (CSI) discussed the theme “Zardab region: Regional Innovation Program (2014-2018)”. The event was attended by leaders of SDF and the chief executive of Zardab Ph.D. in economics Lutveli Babayev.

Based on the request of the Executive power Zardab Ph.D. in economics professor Tabriz Aliyev presented the program for the first time in Azerbaijan developed by specialists SDF.

It was noted that the program was developed in accordance with the implementation of the Development Concept “Azerbaijan 2020: vision to the future,” State program on the implementation of the National Strategy for the Advancement of Science in the Republic of Azerbaijan, “State Program on socio-economic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2014-2018 years”.

The program has been analyzed and evaluated the social and economic and geographic characteristics of Zardab, existing socio-economic development in the areas of economic activity, the results of use of domestic and foreign investment in the region, the activities of the existing structure of the innovation, the creation of new jobs and the state of employment. Also developed measures to expand the complex nature of innovation in the areas belonging to the socio-economic system of the area, and was given the forecast of indicators characterizing socio-economic and innovation development.
