Museum held in "Open Door" day compliance with the rules of the quarantine regime

Museum held in "Open Door" day compliance with the rules of the quarantine regime

On May 18, on the occasion of the International Museum Day, the “Open Door” day was held at the Aran Regional Branch after Khagani Shirvani of the National Museum of Azerbaijan Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi of ANAS in compliance with the rules of the quarantine regime.

During the day, visitors from various departments and organizations, cultural and educational institutions got acquainted with the activities, exhibitions and expositions of the museum. The museum staff told visitors in detail about the prominent representatives of our classical literature and responded their questions.

Visitors wrote down their wishes in the Feedback and Suggestion Book.

Note that the goal of this significant day, established in 1977 on the initiative of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), is to bring to the general public the important role that museums play in society. This year, International Museum Day is held under the motto “Museums for Equality: Diversity and Inclusion”.
