Corresponding member of ANAS Ibrahim Jafarov has participated in the online conference "Modern aspects of plant protection and quarantine", organized by the National Agrarian University of Kazakhstan.

He informed the conference participants about the work done in the field of plant protection and quarantine in our country, the scientific and personnel support of this area, the training of specialists in the field of plant protection at the university, the activities of the plant clinic, etc.

The conference was attended by leading scientists from Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries. The parties exchanged views on the production of environmentally friendly products, the use of biotechnology in plant protection, the exchange of experience in the field of plant protection to ensure phytosanitary, environmental and food safety.
