According to the Action Plan for Civil Defense 2014 at ANAS Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry were held trainings of CD administrative board on “Organization of Management of Civil Defense Forces at Elimination of Consequences of Emergency Situations”. Based on the recommendations of the Second Special Department of Presidium of ANAS by CD chief of staff of institute Ilgar Aliyev was compiled calendar plan. At the event, Deputy Director for scientific affairs, chairman of Emergency Response Commission (ERC), and corresponding member of ANAS Magamet Babanli gave detailed information on improvement of skills of actions of the administrative board in the conditions of an emergency. M. Babanli told about the shortcomings which arose during trainings and gave the instructions directed on elimination of these shortcomings for short term.
