Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The Norwegian Nobel committee suggested to Azerbaijan to elect candidates for competition of the Award of the world in 2014 in various spheres. For this purpose, it was entrusted to academicians-secretaries of scientific divisions of National academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan to prepare offers.The list of candidates has to be presented to committee till February 1,2014.

Traditionally this award is awarded to persons and the organizations fighting for a preservation of peace and tranquillity on Earth.To an award heads of states and parliaments, members of the International Court of Justice, the management of higher education institutions, professors in the sphere of social sciences can be presented, to history, philosophy, theology and the right, and also institutes and associations.
