Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

International scientific conference on topic “Urgent problems of legal state-building of Azerbaijan: philosophic, social and legal analyze and forecasting” started at ANAS Institute of Philosophy and Law.

In advance, conference attendees have pilgrimaged national leader Heydar Aliyev and ophthalmologist academician Zarifa Aliyeva’s graves at Alley of Honor.

Director of the institute Dr. Philosophy Ilham Mammadzadeh spoke about ideas related in legal state as well as modernization policy implemented by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Dean of Department of Law, Melikshah University of Turkey prof. Murad Shen delivered a leture on “Right of social-welfare in legal state-building in case of Turkey”.

Later on, prof. Ilham Rahimov delivered lecture on “Death penalty and ethics”.

Conference will continue its work up to October 24.
