The privileges granted by the ANAS High Technologies Park (HT Park) will enable the “Emsys” Co. to grow even faster and improve its products.

A meeting was held between the delegations of Emsys, which received the status of a resident of the High-Tech Park and created an intelligent training system that meets modern requirements, and HT Park. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the implementation of joint innovative projects and the development of cooperation.

During the meeting, it was noted that the higher education system of Azerbaijan needs modern management systems. It was reported that the widespread use of innovation in the domestic education system will lead to the development of new technologies and increased competitiveness.

It was noted that, along with the electronic management of universities, the Empro Intelligent Learning Management System, created by “Emsys”, has a model of distance education, which makes it possible to obtain fast and effective results in educational systems that are faced with the COVID-19 problem etc. International practice shows that distance learning has great potential, and it can be argued that in the coming years it will become one of the most necessary teaching tools at every university.

During the online meeting, a presentation was also presented related to the work of the Empro Intelligent Learning Management System. It was reported that the capabilities of this system cover such areas as electronic registration in higher education institutions, electronic educational planning, online organization of subject groups, online selection and mastering of subjects by students. Also, the advantages of the system are electronic assessment of all student activities, online assessment of the teaching staff by students, preparation of exams in electronic form, organization and monitoring of distance learning with a video image, generation of various statistical and dynamic reports, etc.

In addition, the new system can be used as a virtual platform for video conferences, collective online discussions and various public events.

The presentation was met with great interest. Proposals were made on the prospects for using the Empro system in Azerbaijani universities, as well as its implementation in Asia and Africa.
