Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

As a result of close cooperation of National Azerbaijan History Museum with Museum of Czech Republic began a preparatory work to holding the exhibition – “Azerbaijan is the amazing land of fire”. The exhibition will open on November 28, 2014 at the National museum of Czech Republic, Prague and will run until February 15, 2015. At the exhibition will be shown about 250 exhibits from National Museum of Azerbaijan History and 50 exhibits from funds of National Museum of the Czech Republic which are directly related to Azerbaijan. At the exhibition gold and silver products - belts, jewelry and numismatic material, samples of applied art, musical instruments, the weapon and the Azerbaijani carpets will be presented.Head of exhibition from Azerbaijan side is Director of the museum, academician Naile Valikhanli, Czech side is presented Peacock Vogelova.
